Happy New Year!

2010 already! It seems like only yesterday that the news kept squawking about the Y2K bug and people were hoarding toilet paper! I, for one am looking forward to 2010. I accomplished last years resolution which was to quit smoking (9 months!)Unfortunately, I gained a bit of weight when I quit, so my New Years resolution is to lose 10 pounds. Other resolutions are to graduate with fantastic grades and to forgive everybody. I wish everybody a happy, safe, and healthy New Years!

I smoked for 20+ years and then one day I decided to turn my life around and without patches, gum or nicotine anything, I stopped. It's been 3 years and I never had a craving and see now it was just an addictive habit with no benefits. Good for you!

Happy New Years and wishing your 2010 will be prosperous in every way!

How funny...I was one of the toilet paper people in Y2K. It took two years to use it all up. Hope you have a great new year. Enjoy.

Congratulations on achieving last year's goals. I am sooooo jealous that you only need to lose ten pounds. 'Course, if you ever need any EXTRA weight, just let me know; I'm sure I can spare you some. Oh, that's right... you only need to lose ten pounds. :-)

Many Congratulations on giving up the weed, I did it 9 years ago after smoking for over 30 years - It was the actual act of getting the cig out of the packet and lighting up that I missed - I ended up buying one of these fake cigs and posed for a few weeks with it till I got to the stage of realising that I would end up having to give up the posing with the cig hehehehe... so I threw the fake fag away too!

Thanks for adding to my followers, Cheers to you and yours from over the pond.
Love Kate x.

Congratulations on quitting smoking for 9+ months! I made that decision about 8 years ago, and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself! All the best for 2010!
