This is my supply list for my biology class this semester.I don't know what a pill or sow bug is, but I know what earthworms are and I have a sneaking suspicion I may be dissecting one.
Quart size freezer bag
Colored pencils
Clay or Play-Doh®
Lemon juice
Scissors and tape
Small cups, bowls, etc
Yard stick
Table salt

Pen light or small flashlight
Red cabbage
Flat pan (at least 8 ½ x 13)
8 live earthworms
12 live pill or sow bugs
Vinegar

0.1 Gram digital scale

In Memory of the Victims and Heroes of September 11th 2001

For the past few days, the news has been reminding us of the anniversary of one of the most horrible days America has ever seen. I really don't need a reminder. I remember every detail of that awful day. It is so hard to believe it has been 9 years. I hope and pray that my grandchildren will never know such a horrible day.

Happy Labor Day! Hope it's a good one. I will be supremely busy with two birthday parties and a baby shower. It's my last bit of fun before I return to school.
